We aim to process and post your order within 2-4 working days and we ship worldwide using Poste Italiane.

Traceable shipping within Italy: 7.50€.
Traceable shipping within EU: 10€.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.

Bruno does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

All sales are final and are on a first come first serve basis. Bruno is small shop and unfortunately we cannot manage any refunds or exchanges.

Every item is rare and hand-picked. Measurements, quality, material, and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure the item is being fully represented.

If you are uncertain and wish to have more photos of a garment and any potential imperfections, please email brunostore.it@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of pre-loved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear and any major flaws will be highlighted in the online description. Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and I am always happy to provide further measurements and photos if requested.
